Review the door types below for examples of pre-made stock items, either fully finished or ready for painting on-site, after installation. These are available in high quality lacquer, laminate, acrylic and timber - solid, veneer or wood effect. With handles or handleless. Bespoke made doors available as required.
>>FORWARD TO MECHANISMSIn addition to the doors shown above, and options
for bespoke specification, here we show a new selection
of replacement doors from Hafele.
These are a selection of our favourite mechanisms / accessories / internal fittings. Ones that we know work well and customers recommend. You may want as many pullouts and drawers as can practically be installed. Or a clever arrangement to the corner cupboard to make your life easier. Perhaps even a feature for more ergonomically accessible wall cabinets. And of course, making the most of a pantry / larder cupboard for foodstuffs is as essential as your fridge !

Kitting out with accessories and mechanisms - 2 min 57 secs.
Internal fittings for larders and storage cupboards - 40 secs.
Improving ergonomic accessibility for wall cupboards - 36 secs.
Showing a few of the handles our customers love and which work with the latest trends, themes and styles. There's plenty more choice - we will bring brochures and catalogues and plenty of samples for you to choose from. You may of course have a handleless design. But, if you need a handle, this is a good starting point to get your creative ideas started.
BACK TO MECHANISMS << >> FORWARD TO WORKTOPSYour worktop serves a few possible functions. Of course somewhere to prep for cooking. But also as somewhere to eat. Or to work. Or socialize. As well as being a decorative element of the room with its own aesthetic. So getting the look and finish right is an important part of the overall design. Choose from laminates like Formica, through composite acrylic materials like Corian and Maia and solid acrylic like Minerva. Perhaps solid timber is prefered. Or solid natural stones like granite and marble. Man-made equivalents in quartz are a popular alternative, having all the benefits and fewer downsides of their earth-made stone siblings.
BACK TO HANDLES << >> FORWARD TO SPLASHBACKSBelow is Formica's beautiful slimline solid worktop, which assists with very modern aesthetics and simple elegant lines.
Standard laminate worktops are super strong, very durable
and have incredible photo and surface finishes that look so natural in any design.
The Silestone collection of Quartz Worktop colours available.
Caesarstone is another pioneer in the manufacture of
Quartz worktops with incredible choices for colour
and effects.
We love the Minerva worktop by Sylmar, especially
for upgrade kitchens because of its adaptability when
changing tops but keeping other items.
Protect your walls from staining and damage with a splashback. Modern paints are great and tiling is traditional. But both have more maintenance compared to glass, aluminium and worktop extensions. Using something different will afford us the opportunity to use the wall behind the cooker hob and washing area with sink, as features and focal points of design interest, to really bring together your personalized kitchen design.
BACK TO WORKTOPS << >> FORWARD TO SINKS AND TAPSThe Alusplash backsplash is a favourite of ours for the ability to seamlessly shape and form material on-site while fitting for a clean look around posts, pillars and boxing.
Using glass splashbacks is a really good way to fine tune your personal design because you can choose from a nearly infinate amount of colours. And not just that, there's also the option of having custom graphics reproduced or even personalized photo's.
Your sink will partly be determined by your practical needs and also the space available in the cabinets below. But that still leaves you a massive choice. It could be fitted on top, in-line or under the worktop, consist of 1, 2 or 3 bowls and have numerous extras, like baskets and waste disposal units.
Your tap too, has a multitude of options. From two seperate taps to a single control lever and single spout. From boiling water kettle taps to drinking water filtration taps and rinse sprays.
BACK TO SPLASHBACKS << >> FORWARD TO APPLIANCESWith a huge choice in the marketplace, we have had very good success with the range of sinks and taps from Franke. Reliable, solidly built, with a great guarantee, these are our favourites.
Another favourite for boiling water
taps is the Qooker.
Combine mixer tap for hot and cold water
with boiling water.
Your choice of appliances is large and varied. This is the second biggest design consideration after room layout. The design will adjust according to your choice of appliances. The fridge and the cooker options are the biggest constraints to design. The cooking appliance for example, could be a range or AGA style of freestanding oven, or integrated under the worktop, or built-in at eye level in a tall housing. Each of these require careful consideration, especially when modifying existing furniture. Talk through your options in detail with your designer.
BACK TO SINKS AND TAPS << >> FORWARD TO LIGHTINGWith so many good apppliance manufacturers, the ultimate choice is th ecustomers. But we have delivered and installed hundreds and hundreds of Neff products, which are great to incorporate into a design, good value and have well supported customer service and warranties.
These ovens have multi-function features combining steam cooking in your main large oven, and roasting capability in your multi-function microwave, as well as combining microwave and steamer in a compact machine for when space is restricted.
Extraction is an important practical consideration and Neff have some innovative solutions, from ceiling mounted to built-into the cooking hob itself.
Lighting a room needs to be well thought out and balanced for architectural lighting, functional lighting, mood lighting and feature lights.
See lighting inside drawers and cupboards, washing feature walls, under wall cabinet working lights, mood lighting under islands and some example contemporary pendant ceiling lights.
BACK TO APPLIANCES << >> FORWARD TO INTERIOR DESIGNAll design should be considered holistically. You may only want to upgrade your kitchen door style and colour, but you will want to do it with consideration of the whole room decor and finishings. We can help you add the wow-factor to your room with knowledge across the industry and advice with styles and colours and materials.
